Is it really free for 10 employees?
Yes — the Starter plan is free for up to 10 employees, forever, with no credit card. Growing past 10 requires Pro or Premium. If you upgrade to Pro or Premium with fewer than 10 people, you pay per user for those seats — the free allowance is for Starter features, not a discount on paid plans.
What counts as a “user”?
Any active employee with a profile in Raika — managers and staff alike. Inactive or archived people don’t count toward your bill.
What's the difference between Pro and Premium?
Starter includes AI shift planning, time recording, overtime tracking, skills and cost objects for up to 10 people — free. Pro adds teams, groups, locations, cost centers, holidays, absence types and approval workflows for growing operations. Premium adds analytics, calendar export (ICS) and work time export (XLSX/PDF) for multi-site teams.
Are the prices incl. or excl. VAT?
All listed prices are in Swiss francs and exclude 8.1% MwSt. (Swiss VAT), which is added on your invoice. We bill in CHF only.
Can I change plans or cancel later?
Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing settings — changes take effect at the next cycle, and there’s no lock-in. If you cancel, you can export all your schedules and time records first.
How is our data handled?
Your data is handled in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and the GDPR. It’s yours — exportable at any time.
