Billing, answered.

Is it really free for 10 employees?

Yes — the first 10 employees are free, forever, with no credit card and no time limit. When you add an 11th employee, billing applies to all active users.

What counts as a “user”?

Any active employee with a profile in Raika — managers and staff alike. Inactive or archived people don’t count toward your bill.

What's the difference between Pro and Premium?

Starter includes AI shift planning, time recording and overtime tracking for up to 10 people — free. Pro adds teams, locations, cost centers and approval workflows for growing operations. Premium adds analytics, calendar export (ICS) and work time export (XLSX/PDF) for multi-site teams.

Are the prices incl. or excl. VAT?

All listed prices are in Swiss francs and exclude 8.1% MwSt. (Swiss VAT), which is added on your invoice. We bill in CHF only.

Can I change plans or cancel later?

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from your billing settings — changes take effect at the next cycle, and there’s no lock-in. If you cancel, you can export all your schedules and time records first.

Where is our data stored?

Your data is hosted in Switzerland and handled in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and the GDPR. It’s yours — exportable at any time.
